Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional PPO insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Centennial Hills Dental Health Centre does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO) plans; therefore, you will be responsible for any financial responsibility at the time service is rendered.
We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We do not keep cash in the office, so if you do pay cash, please have exact change. We offer flexible payment plans to help you fit it into your budget.
